“Present everywhere are powerful feelings, and Caleb tries to capture them in the hopes that the viewer can feel them too. At times unnerving, calming, or lonely, the atmospheric melancholy in his photographs maintains the beauty already near while attempting to transcend an everyday perspective. Through this series Caleb aims to explore composition and the technical manipulation of the camera to achieve interactions between color, subjects, and light which are rife with tension.”
